The Conductor

András Kiszler was born on the 1st of May, 1982 in Szekszárd.

 
He began his musical studies at the local music school specializing in trumpet studies.  After that he attanded the Musical Art School of Pécs where he played in the brass band of the school and took part in  competitions in Eger and Veszprém.
 
In 2001 he was granted admission to the Academy of Music of the University of Pécs where he received a degree as an instructor of trumpet and chamber musician, and in 2007 as a brass band conductor. His teachers were Károly Neumayer and Prof. Dr. Ronald Johnson.
 
Since September 2006 he teaches at the Primary Music School in Dombóvár and he is the conductor of the Yout Wind  Band of Dombóvár.  He is still expanding his musical knowledge by attending internationally recognized music courses.
